LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Deutsche Bank upgraded Dutch insurer Aegon NV to buy from hold, saying that it has recently been a poor performer and therefore represents excellent value at the moment. The broker told clients it feels increasingly confident that the market is overcompensating for concerns over growth and asset quality.
