LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Deutsche Bank upgraded Dutch insurer Aegon NV to buy from hold, saying that it has recently been a poor performer and therefore represents excellent value at the moment. The broker told clients it feels increasingly confident that the market is overcompensating for concerns over growth and asset quality. In addition, Deutsche Bank said that Aegon's recent embedded value data release suggests much stronger new business profit margins than anticipated.
