I have been doing well at gambling for many years. I have had nights where I almost died from alcohol and emotional pain--where I almost left Vegas like Nicholas Cage. But I have had nights where I touched the moon.
Lately, I have been getting closer and closer to moving to Vegas for the winter ( I am a Canadian and can leave for six months without losing my Medicare, etc.).
Because gambling information that is legit can affect the professionalism of the game through changed rules, etc.--it is difficult to know which of our posts should be public and how many private." I guess it will work itself out.
Is anybody here making a living off gambling--or a part-time (but lucrative) alliance with it?
If you are only a pleasure gambler, well that is fine, too!
When I was much younger, I played seven-toed Pete with very well heeled players. I am no expert on this new trend of Texas Hold-em. I dare say I could hold my own without reading or listening...but that is hardly an admirable goal.
