Recent Highlights Q3 2007:

*Revenue increased 61% for the three months ended September 30,2007 compared to the three months ended September 30, 2006
* Successfully reached interoperability with 14 global GPON Optical Line Terminal (OLT) providers
* Hired new CFO and appointed two new board members
* Announced ADTRAN contract for Optical Network Terminals ONT and Retrofit Solutions
* Announced Tellabs contract for Retrofit Solutions
Michael C. Shores, President and CEO, stated, "Our new relationship with this Fortune 100 OEM further validates our strategy to become a leading ODM supplier of ONT technology.

TXP Corporation is an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) for the telecommunications industry.
Based in Richardson, Texas, TXP has three INTERTWINED business units:

TXP-Texas Prototypes, TXP-Retrofit Solutions, and TXP-ONT Solutions.

TXP-Texas Prototypes

Provides pre-manufacturing services for the electronics industry that help original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) bring products to market both faster and more cost effectively.

TX-Proto therefore offloads the “hard stuff” from EMS companies. All while providing fast turn, high engineering content, pre-manufacturing and prototyping services to OEM’s. This enables them to effectively make their new products ready for successful high volume manufacturing at their EMS company of choice, as fast as possible. Some of the clients include:

TXP-Retrofit Solutions

Provides custom engineering kits to enable ILECs (Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers) to upgrade their local access service delivery infrastructure at minimum cost and time. TXP's retrofit kits enable a wide range of next-generation telecom platforms to easily fit into the variety of remote cabinets that have been broadly deployed by ILECs over the last 30 years.

TXP offers of numbers of retrofit kits for the AFC-120 and AFC 240 cabinets, providing cooling and power solutions, and a number of mounting solutions for many of the industry's most popular access systems. Our kits provide plug-and-play installation with fully documented installation procedures.

In the U.S. there are over 400,000 Remote Cabinets which over the course of their useful life may see 2 to 3 platform upgrades. Some of the clients are:

TXP-Retro develops and guarantees a kit to put a new telecom platform in an existing Remote Cabinet. With TXP-Retro comes a total cost that is usually 60-75% less than the cost of a new cabinet installation. The average installed cost of a new cabinet is roughly $90,000 whereas the price of a retrofitted cabinet is roughly $30,000. If 25% of the existing OSP cabinets in the U.S. were retrofitted rather than replaced it would result in savings of over $6 billion.

Total Access 5006 systems

John Bartell, Senior Product Manager – Carrier Networks Division, of ADTRAN, Inc., stated, “We look forward to working with TXP as they have developed first-in-class ONT technology, along with quick turnaround and competitive pricing that will support our planned deployment of ONT technology. In addition, TXP’s outside plant cabinet retrofit solutions provide an effective solution for retrofitting outside plant cabinets with our Total Access 5006 systems, without high replacement costs or the need for renegotiation of rights of way.”

TXP-ONT Solutions(iPhotonics)

Comprises the former Siemens' Optical Network Terminal (ONT) development team hired in late 2006. This group develops and markets via an ODM model the iPhotonics family of ONT products to both OEMs and ILECs to be private-label branded. The ONT technology terminates the passive optical network at the home or business location, and enables integrated voice, video and high-speed internet access.

TXP Partners with ADTRAN to Supply ONT Units and Outside Plant Cabinet Retrofit Solutions.

An ONT is required at each customer premise to receive fiber-delivered services, and it is therefore analogous to the ADSL modem for copper-delivered services. ILEC’s such as Verizon have committed billions of dollars over the next few years to deploy FTTH service delivery infrastructures in order to deliver new Triple Play services.

TXP-ONT Solutions customers will include OLT makers who will resell TXP ONT’s under their label but also ILECs who purchase OLTs and prefer to buy their ONTs direct from the manufacturer. Since ONTs are deployed at the customer premise they may also be sold under the label of the ILEC.

TXP completed detailed triple play interop testing with 14 leading Optical Line Terminal (OLT) equipment vendors.

"Achieving industry wide ONT interoperability with GPON OLTs from different vendors is one of the biggest factors in driving down FTTP equipment costs for ILECs. Full interoperability means ONTs can be produced with the economies of scale required for ILECs to deliver fiber-based services profitably to end customers," commented Michael C. Shores, President and CEO of TXP Corporation. Shores adds, "Together with our upcoming announcement on new methods for customer powering of our ONTs, we expect our ONTs to lead the industry in lowest overall deployment cost."

TXP's PoA (Power-Over-Anything) ONT solutions consist of two key elements:

-The industry's first portfolio of Power-Over-Anything (PoA) GPON ONTs for Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) deployments. PoA enables true no-new-wire FTTP installations as the subscriber's conventional inside wiring, whether coax, twisted pair, or Cat 5, can now be used to power the ONT. PoA eliminates the "through the wall" power cabling carriers are performing today plus the time-consuming effort of getting each subscriber's individual approval for the location of their UPS.

-The industry's first FTTP-PowerHub™,a product being collaboratively developed with CyberPower
, a major provider of FTTP UPS systems. The FTTP-PowerHub can be installed in the home where subscribers naturally expect it, i.e. in close proximity to their computer or residential gateway (RG). The FTTP-PowerHub powers the ONT but can also power the RG and/or personal router using standard Power-over-Ethernet (PoE).
Model 7202 Mini-ONT

"I've been discussing the concept of a PoE-powered ONT since our early engagements with Siemens, and we're glad to see TXP rapidly carried this through to completion," said Sheldon Sitter, GPON Build Program Manager for TELUS Corporation.

Here are some of the highlights:

-The recent acquisition of Siemens' Optical Network Terminal (ONT) business positions TXP as the potential leader in the multi-billion dollar ONT market.

-TXP Enters Reseller Agreement With Leading Telecommunications OEM for BPON ONTs

Michael C. Shores, President and CEO, stated,"These first shipments are a major milestone for the company, as we begin commercialization of the ONT product line we recently acquired from Siemens. These orders also validate our two-pronged strategy of pursuing both carriers and OEMs."
