I THINK THESE GUYS ARE LIARS, Scammers, Con Artists, Crooks, Rip offs, Thieves and Robbers. I believe they lied in a PR about a JV with FOWLER Oil and Gas. I invested based on that PR and based on what they posted in their old AKOL website. I now believe what they said and posted and printed online and in PR and in Website, was all LIES. So, I consider all of this FRAUD. I cannot get my money back. I've waited over a year now. I don't like them and don't trust them. I say, don't invest here, don't invest in TWOG, don't invest in ILGY, or any company run by Mancini, Needham or Watsons. I think they are all thieves, robbers and crooks. They better pay me back or else. Call your lawyer, the police, the FBI, the SEC, the IRS, the Media, and expose them. Keep out. Don't invest here. Unless you want them to steal all your money.

Are Mancini and Needham real people, real names, or are they fake names?
Anyone know anything about these 2 guys?
Are they legitimate or are they con-artists?
Some people think that this is not their real names. We don't know anything about them, we don't know their bios, resumes, backgrounds, experience or accomplishments.
So far, they have not revealed anything about themselves and they have not performed, produced, accomplished or done anything at any of the companies they have been running, from FOGL, AKOL to TWOG. All they've done is changed names and symbols. As far as I can tell.
Some think that these 2 men are scamsters, con-artists, fraudsters, since they don't do anything to make people feel comfortable enough to trust them.
So far, they have destroyed shareholder value from .07 to .005 by about 95% or so from top to bottom.
They say they are working on deals and it takes time and that they are putting their own money in the deal.
I say, who cares.
I got my money in their lousy stupid fake smoke and mirrors company, too.
They said they had a JV with Fowler in Alaska, but the Pres. of Fowler denied it, in a post I read online on another board. So, it looks like we got a couple socio-pathic liars here?
They say they are making this into an international company. I'll believe it when I see it. I was told by Needham that they don't have any industry background in oil. Boy, was that comforting to know that my money is at risk with 2 guys that don't have any experience in oil but they are going to make a worldwide company? Yeah, right!
They say they got an LOI for 49% of a Russian oil and gas producing company with $20 million in revenues, etc. Oh, yeah?! Sounds good! But, I'll believe it when I see it. I think this is just more damn lies by these 2 lying guys. Where is the Russian deal? It's been months since they announced that.
I think we got a couple of Canadian stock promoting lying cheating con-artists here.
If they get dragged into court by the SEC, everyone's going to ask, the lawyers are going to ask, "Ok, Mancini and Needham, where's the signed documents that say you had a JV with Fowler in Alaska? Even if it didn't work out, you should still have paperwork to show you and Fowler had some kind of a working agreement or proposal, right? Ok, where's the document or proposal or the LOI for the Russian deal you guys announced in a PR? Huh? Where is it? Oh, you don't have anything? So, you mean you were just lying? Just talking on the phone? Verbal agreement? You said you had a LOI for 49% of the Russian oil and gas company, right? Well, let's see that LOI. Whether the deal worked or not, you should still have the paperwork, right? Oh, you don't have anything? So, this is all just a bunch of lies? Misrepresentation? Fraud?"
So, can everyone see, that if these guys cannot produce documents to show they had the things they told the public they had in their posted PRs, then they are just a couple of lying con-artists.
So, if you are curious, suspicious, or skeptical like some of us are - then send an email to the SEC and the FBI - and let's put Mancini and Needham to the test.
If they are real, they will come thru the fire.
If they are fake, they will be consumed by the fire.
If they are fraudsters, they may have to pay fines and serve time in jail or prison.

Everyone is waiting for this company and stock to get going.
They said they had a LOI for 49% of a Russian producing oil company, while they called this AKOL.PK.
There's been some action, stock trading a few million at sub penny prices.
The stock has gone from .01 to .07 in the last few months.
It has been as high as .49 in the distant past, under its prevous name.
Would be nice if they would finally post some news and get something done.
And, get the stock back up to over a penny.
The way it's been traded lately, makes you feel like something's going to happen - soon.
If so, this is a lot better price to buy it at, than what I paid - when it was a lot higher.
Can't wait until they finally close on this Russian deal they mentioned.
With 49% of a producing Russian oil and gas company, this could blast off over a dollar - instant income - instant profit for shareholders.

(Someone said they got an email from the company, in a reply to some questions, that said news would be coming - soon! It may be they are about to close on that 49% of the Russian producing oil and gas company that they mentioned in a PR at AKOL.PK. As soon as that kind of news or some other money making accomplishment like that comes out - BOOM! This stock could be running up, chased up over a dollar! Bingo! Eureka! I could use that kind of a big bang. Can't wait to see some news. You can buy it a lot cheaper than when I got it. I own a few hundred thousand. You can buy a few million - cheap. Oil is in high demand these days. I hate paying these high gas prices - but if it helps TWOG blast over a dollar - I won't complain!)

Alaskan Oil and Gas signs LOI for 49% Percent of Producing Oil Company

HOUSTON, April 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Alaskan Oil and Gas (Other OTC:AKOL.PK - News) has signed an LOI to acquire 49% ownership of a producing oil company located in Russia. The final purchase price will consist of a combination of cash to be utilized as working capital and convertible preferred shares to complete the purchase.
The operating management of the company currently has 10 years of operational experience and are involved in various aspects of oil production. Current areas of operations include production of crude oil and gas condensate, transportation of hydrocarbon raw material to the consumer, registration of necessary customs procedures, reprocessing of sour and highly paraffinic oil within its own plants and the receipt of high-gravity sorts of oil.
