Automotive Specialty Products, Inc. (stock symbol: AMVS) is a leading provider of marketing alternatives for the automobile industry specializing in sports memorabilia and collectible artwork for the car owners, especially customized logos for universities, and established sports leagues and teams. The company has patent protection for its proprietary processes.
Logistically we will roll out our products in segments in an effort to fill this new niche in the sports accessory business. We plan on selling direct to clients through the website, retail outlets; such as dealerships, and directly through the leagues. A strong presence in the decorative wheel segment will allow us to gain market share. We are looking to implement other logo's and other products surrounding the industry.
Currently the new product line will be expanding and all new additions will be available online. The warehouse located in Vancouver, WA is in the process to be outfitted for our operations and sales team.
Acquisitions/Joint Ventures
AMVS has just announced a pending letter of intent to joint venture with or acquire DexSports, LLC (www.dexsports.com). DexSports historically has been focused on sales of light switch plates and other sports memorabilia. In the past DexSports had NBA, NFL and other licenses. They are now producing customizable light switch plates for high school sport's teams, and offering a variety of apparel.

We are pleased to offer our current patent design the Marine Corps Wheel Logo. Ordering will be available shortly. We are designing new logos and beginning to obtain sports teams for our products. Look for new designs coming in the near future!
Pending the agreement with DexSports, fund raising and drug awareness programs will be implemented with role out of the light switch covers featured at DexSports.com. The benefit of such programs goes to help the organization and build the revenue base of AMVS. At the recent coaches show we attended, over 300 schools signed up to receive program details. The company believes that this will expand greatly throughout the high school and college levels.
