New rule: The "Good Samaritan" Rule
We have some volunteeers who work hard to make life easier
for all of us. For example, John McCarthy is working on a spreadsheet to replace the late, lamented SI porfolio feature.
Our intent is to hold anyone who in good faith provides community resources completely, utterly, absolutely, totally, and without limitation,etc. without liability of any kind, regardless of the consequences.
Like the risk of investing, if you use anything you got through here the risk is all yours.
And of course it's rather silly that we even have to think of such things, but I guess we do. |
