At the beginning of each month we conduct a private survey of the top 30 penny stock posters on SI (see details below). We ask each person "what are the best three penny stocks to own for the coming three months". We then report the number of votes each of these stocks received. We do not identify which members selected which stocks since it is not our purpose to be running a contest of the “best” stock pickers.
