Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation (OTCBB: GOIH): is our first company that we will develop as a vehicle for growth. The business model of GFC is to develop concepts pertaining to business development of small businesses. GFC will joint venture with Global 1 and International Investment Corporation to provide an infrastructure, i.e., legal, auditing, management consulting, investment banking, and investor relations services to companies in exchange for an equity ownership interest. Our investment banking unit will take public the companies of the incubator and provide our shareholders will a portion of the equity. We believe this is a growth market and the barriers of entry are sufficiently high to prevent mass competition.
