NPE is an outstanding value in the oil sands.The company has about 3 billion brls in the oil sands in the area of Shells 200,000 brlpd project.NPE has the managers of Black Rock working them. We know that team built up BVI and sold it to Shell for $2.5 billion.I think with a market cap of less than $50 million,NPE is the "GEM" of the oil sand jrs.I think its safe to say this stock is going up "BIG TIME".
