In her astute wisdom and astonishing foresight, Rudi (no pun intended, or to be confused with Rudy) thought a MITT ROMNEY thread would complement and balance THE WHITE HOUSE thread. She and I discussed the idea and it made great sense. She created this thread to encourage discussion of Mitt Romney with the intent that I would moderate it. Of course, participation doesn't automatically mean you are endorsing Mitt. And anyone from anywhere along the broad political spectrum is always welcome to contribute, but I only ask that everyone follow the basic rule of common courtesy and good manners, i.e., remain civil and respectful of others, no talking with your mouth full, no jumping up and down on the sofa, and so on.
