John McCain is the presumptive Republican nominee. He is indeed a respectable man judging from the way he conducted his campaign in 2000 as well as now in 2008. The general population is concerned that he is very close to GW Bush and his policies particularly with regards to Iraq. This emotional tie to Bush's policy is concerning to many.
