Towerstream Corporation (Towerstream) provides fixed wireless broadband services to commercial users based on a traditional monthly subscription model. The Company offer customers high speed Internet access over a fixed wireless network, which supports bandwidth on demand, wireless redundancy, virtual private networks (VPNs), disaster recovery, bundled data and video services. As of December 31, 2007, Towerstream is providing service to approximately 900 business customers utilizing fixed wireless technology in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Providence and Newport, Rhode Island. The Company offer customers bandwidth connections ranging from 0.5 megabits per second up to 1 gigabit per second. Towerstream's Business Class Plan offers a range of services from a Fractional T (0.512 megabits per second) up to 3.0 megabits per second. The High Capacity Plan offers a range of services from 6 megabits per second to 12 megabits per second.
