New IPO. Up 4 3/4. 2.2 m shrs issued. Drug del. sys. similar to ISIS.
2,228,000 shares traded today. Very large blocks traded at the ask just before the close. Waited for a sell off just before the bell and nobody ran for the door. Anybody know anything more on the new issue?
