Return to Oil prices vs DTO & DXO

This board is to discuss DTO's and DXO's future for the next 6 months. They both are ETF's tied in to oil prices.

DTO seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, 200% of the inverse daily performance of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity index - Optimum Yield Oil Excess Return.

DXO seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, 200% of the daily return of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity index - Optimum Yield Oil Excess Return..

Basically DTO goes up when oil prices go down, and dxo goes up when oil prices go up, the question is what will be the situation in the next 6 months?
