PocketFinder® is a personal location device that uses the latest satellite and GPS technology. It allows you to instantly request the real-time location of your device anytime, anywhere, with the greatest accuracy, to within 10 feet of its physical location. No controls, always activated, the device will allow up to 7 days of operation before recharging is needed. A complex, multi-layer single-board architecture with the size of an Oreo Cookie, this device is packed with features (Impact sensor/alert/Speed, etc.) rivaling competitors. Mil-Spec packaging. Ultra fine-pitch Technology.

Small Corporate Staff - all development has been outsourced and coordinated through 3rd parties.

Patents: 16 issued through company, 20+ filed and pending.

JABIL Mfg. is already aligned with LBAS for production. The Meung-sur-Loire, France facility of Jabil has already worked with LBAS on the pre-production and prototype units and has all tooling in place to intitiate high-scale manufacture of this product when contracts and PO's are released.

The MSL facility has the capacity of 140,000 production Pocketfinder units per month.

Current status of product: Development prototyping complete - PTCRB certs and EU testing complete w/excellent results, but funding is required to acquire the final cert docs and move into production mode.

As per the Company, the product has high potential for penetration into existing markets such as Tier 1 and 2 carriers, vertical markets such as pet supplies, Child, Elderly care/tracking, Hiking/Outdoors use.

Also as per the Company, there's significant interest in the Pocketfinder from a variety of clients in many other vertical markets, justifying their intent to manufacture through JABIL.

Plans are to market at an introductory cost of apx. $130.00, plus a low $12.95 month-to-month licensing fee.

Direct competitors include: GTX Corporation, Zoombak, Spot and Snitch. LBAS is open to White Lable and licensing opportunities.

Shares trading: 97.5M

Financials: Shaky, but perpiheral revenues from development with Channel Partner (Loadracktracker.com) have helped to sustain the companys existence.
