'Effective immediately, all scheduled travel for September and all new travel bookings, including events are to be deferred to October. Existing travel and events that are currently scheduled for September should be canceled or deferred until October. All exceptions require approval from a member of the Executive Management Team (EMT).'

Normal? Aggressive? What business conditions would warrant such a policy?
