Heatherdale Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration and development company associated with Hunter Dickinson Inc. Based in Vancouver, Canada, it is publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol HTR.

Heatherdale's principal asset is its 51% interest in the Niblack copper-gold-zinc-silver project in southeast Alaska, which contains six known volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) zones within 6,200 acres of mineral claims.

Heatherdale has entered into the Niblack Project LLC partnership agreement with Edmonton, Alberta-based Niblack Mineral Development Inc. (formerly CBR Gold Corp.) to acquire up to 70% of the Niblack project. Heatherdale completed the initial requirement to invest US$15 million within three years to retain a 51% interest in Niblack, and holds options to increase its ownership position to 60% by investing an additional US$10 million and to 70% by funding completion of a feasibility study.

All exploration and development activities at the Niblack Project are managed and directed by Heatherdale Resources Ltd.

In February 2011, Heatherdale acquired a 60% interest, with the option to acquire 100%, in the Delta copper-lead-zinc-gold-silver project, located in east-central Alaska. Delta is a mid-stage project that provides the Company with a longer-term development opportunity.
