Not sure if anyone has created a thread that is watching currently non-public companies that are on the verge of going public, or are looking to attract the interest of Angel Investors.
If not, feel free to post information related to any company you're watching that has the potential for going public and is looking for interested private investment.
I also ask that disclamatory footnotes be provided if you're already an investor in the private company.
And as always, nothing written on this thread should represent an offer to buy or sell any securities or violate any existing state or federal securities laws.
