Fresh Start Private Inc. (OTCBB: CEYY) is an alcohol treatment and rehabilitation company on the leading edge of alcohol addiction treatment. The company has developed a treatment program that is used by various licensed alcohol addiction clinics throughout the United States. The program consists of two components: Fresh Start Private has the worldwide rights (except in Australia and New Zealand) to a highly effective, proprietary implant formulation of the FDA-approved drug, naltrexone. After being surgically implanted by a medical professional, the naltrexone implant significantly reduces cravings for alcohol for as long as a year in some patients, depending on individual metabolism rates. Fresh Start Private also owns a life coaching program that is tailored specifically to alcoholics. Once a patient has received the implant, they are encouraged to enter the life coaching program to maximize results. Fresh Start Private's revolutionary alcohol treatment program has an 85% success rate as reported by patients in routine telephone and face to face interviews. The implant is administered as an outpatient procedure, and in most cases, patients do not need to miss more than one day of work. They are then able to enter the private life coaching program without co-workers or family members knowing, unless they so choose.

 Revenue Potential

Fresh Start Private is uniquely poised to gain significant market share of the $22 billion annual alcohol treatment market in the US. More than 7% of the US population ages 18 years and older or 13.8 million Americans have problems with drinking, including 8.1 million people who suffer from alcoholism. And the costs financially are staggering. Alcohol dependency and abuse costs the US over $220 billion a year. For the sake of comparison, this is greater than the amount of money spent to combat cancer ($196 billion) and obesity ($133 billion). Fresh Start Private intends to distribute the program to a new clinic in the United States every 60 to 90 days. Clinics using our program are also holding discussions with major health insurance providers to pay for all or a portion of the treatment fees.

 Business Model

Fresh Start Private’s research has discovered that demand for its services are high and that growth in highly marketed segments of the population may be achieved through partnering with additional clinic sites. The company is also exploring the sub-licensing of the program to select regions of the US and internationally. Fresh Start Private's goal is to meet its growth targets through licensing opportunities by promoting its naltrexone implant product and counseling service model to existing medical clinics and treatment centers that will purchase the program and/or product from the company. In addition, Fresh Start Private intends to open corporately owned clinics in select key markets where it is deemed appropriate.

What is the “Fresh Start Private Program”?

It’s an alcoholism treatment program comprised of two parts: (1) an implant, administered by a licensed physician, of a proprietary compounded formulation of the drug, Naltrexone (implanted under the skin) (the “Implant”) which reduces alcohol cravings over a period of time which typically is longer than other formulations or means of injection of the drug Naltrexone; and (2) uniquely and specifically structured, intensive one on one alcohol addiction life coaching program developed by Fresh Start Private (the “Coaching Program”).

 Who is Fresh Start Private?

Fresh Start Private is a company that has developed the Coaching Program and can assist alcohol addiction clinics, substance abuse counselors and others who are qualified to offer the Coaching Program. Fresh Start Private helps these organizations and professionals develop the communication skills, techniques and assessment and case management protocols which we believe to be unique to the Coaching Program. In addition, Fresh Start Private has been granted an exclusive license to the proprietary implant formula by its developer. This license allows Fresh Start Private to license to physicians and medical groups experienced in treating alcohol dependency the right to order the proprietary Implant from the [handful of] compounding pharmacies that have been licensed and trained to make the implant by its developer. It also allows Fresh Start Private to sub-license the implant formula to territories in the U.S. and abroad. Because Fresh Start is passionate about helping individuals who are suffering from alcohol addiction, Fresh Start offers background and educational materials to encourage the use of the implant in conjunction with the Coaching Program.

Fresh Start Private is not a licensed health care provider and does not provide health care services to patients. Fresh Start Private does not operate substance abuse clinics and does not employ substance abuse counselors. Fresh Start Private makes the Fresh Start Private Program available to health care providers to utilize when the health care provider determines it is medically appropriate and indicated for his or her patients. Any physician or licensed alcohol addiction treatment provider is solely responsible for treatment options prescribed or recommended to his or her patients. At all times, such providers retain complete and exclusive authority, responsibility, supervision and control over their medical practice, their patients, the treatment that their patients receive and any decision to prescribe the implant to any of the provider’s patients. Fresh Start does not condition its license to health care providers accessing the implant on their making available the Coaching Program to the providers’ patients – although Fresh Start certainly encourages that providers do so.

Fresh Start does not have any contact with alcohol dependent individuals or their families (other than those who may happen to find this website.) Fresh Start’s focus is to educate the medical community on the benefits of considering the Fresh Start Private Program for their patients.

 What is Naltrexone?

Naltrexone is an opioid receptor antagonist used mainly in the treatment of alcohol and opioid dependence. Naltrexone blocks the parts of the brain that “feel pleasure” when individuals use alcohol. When these areas of the brain are blocked, individuals feel significantly less cravings for alcohol. And even if alcohol is used, the effects of it will be extremely limited and the desire to continue drinking will be diminished. The removal of the physical cravings for alcohol is critical so the individual can refocus on their life and the psycho-social aspect of the recovery. It is of particular importance during the notoriously difficult first six months of recovery.
