All American Semiconductor (SEMI), a distributor of semi-conductor parts and various other electronic parts has substantial upside potential in the near term.
This company has more than doubled in size the past 2 years through internal growth and through acquistions, however, its stock has suffered due to increased G&A costs associcated with the expansion of the company.
This company is in the top 15 list of distributors. I see this stock being reaching 3 by year end and, 6 to 7 by 1997. I am a serious investor. I put substantial amounts of time researching this company and I see no downside - only upside potential exists.
Sales for the current year should exceed $250m. The company has the current capacity to grow to over $600m. Economics of scale will prevail resulting in substantial growth to the bottom line.
The company has tremendous backlog.
Let me know what others think of this company. I currently own 7000 shares with a basis of 2.25.
