this is a company in the right place at the right time....the Bakken oil fields in North Dakota are RED HOT! there are hundreds of oilfield jobs that companies can't fill....yes, a labor shortage....that's about all you have to know about the area where Quantum plans to build their refinery, which will cost 250M$, and funding nearly guaranteed already....what is the timeline leading up to production? I'm sure we'll find out more in the near future >
