Like many, I have tried for years to lose weight but am always overcome by my food cravings.
The most successful way of eating I've done was Low-Carb High-Fat. I lost lots of weight but the cravings are strong to eat grains again . . so I give in more and more little by little and gain weight back.

I now, Jan 1, 2019, am doing ZERO Carbs (Carnivore) . . only meat and eggs and some cheese.
It is supposed to be easier because you're not worried about substitutes for grains or counting carbs or anything. Your cravings supposedly go away. We'll see. Follow below to see how this works.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I pray that my health grows but my weight does not . . I pray that I and others can learn from this journey . . I pray, Lord, that through me in all I do shines your great Light. In Jesus' precious name I pray. Amen.
