More easy money is made on shell plays than any other trades.
So why aren't you doing it also ???
there are 4 or 5 ways to play shells...
1, Look for cleanups on a dead looking company. Cleanup = updated filings etc
(potentially these can be the biggest rewards)
2, Known shells that hang out waiting for a deal.
(Requires patience since a know shell can be priced high for sale and very selective)
3, PR merger Trading,
(need to be fast to get in normally, but not always... I got in a trade at .23 that went to $20 yes $20)
4. Volume scans
(normailly there is some volume before a merger as a potential candidate tests the volume to see
whats really out there to trade)
5, Filings,
Requires time and patience, best done with a group of friends , fellow traders |
