Palintir is IPO'ing tomorrow.
I read part of the prospectus and it appears if one purchases the shares, they will never have real voting power because the CEO and a few others have actual control of the company.
I have been involved in this area for a number of years and Through the past many years, Palintir was always asking for more money. The opinion of my colleagues at the time was they were heavily bleeding cash.
I can only hope the company does well but with the lack of shareholder actual power I'm skeptical.
