| NEW YORK, July 1 - Hauppauge Digital Inc on Monday introduced its WinCast/TV package to enable personal computers to receive Intercast broadcasts.
Hauppauge said its package will be available in early July at a price of about $149, and will include a PC interface board, an Intel Corp <INTC.O> Intercast browser, and software to enable television in a window on a user's PC screen.

General Electric Co's <GE.N> NBC recently announced it would broadcast the 1996 Summer Olympics with Intercast content. Intercast will combine television transmission with interactive Web pages related to screen content. Hauppauge said it also has two other Intercast receivers under development for the retail and OEM markets.

Does anyone know about this company and their products? This sounds like the magic combination - television for moving images and Internet for massive content. At $5/share, is this too cheap or too expensive?
