Does anyone have information on the pretrial date?
I have been watching this stock for quite sometime and have
even placed a couple of orders but the market maker has been a
bit too finicky.
Today's spread of only an 1/8 is the lowest I have ever seen.
I am waiting to see what happens tommorrow and the rest of the
week to form an opinion on the reasons for the narrow spread.
The block trades are starting to appear as the trial date approaches,
but haven't seen any of the evidence (20k blocks) that the speculators
are back in again.
I'm waiting to get on this pretrial wave when I can see it beginning
to form.
