My latest Bloombergs printout on this industry talks about negative
publicity on July 29 for this eye industry.

Also, on July 26, VISX and BEAM trade accusations.

Finally, on July 16 and July 8, Smith Barney and Baker Weeks & Co.
released research reports on one or both of these companies.

Would anyone have information on any of the points above, in particular
the negative publicity as well as what was said in the research
reports? I am particularly interested in the Smith Barney report,
as Jonathon Cohen was featured in Barron's last February calling
both of these companies excellent buy opportunities. Has Cohen
changed his tune at all?
