I would like to revive the discussions on this Company. They are suppose to come out with their June Q this week Aug 12-16/96. Does anyone no the exact date?

Hyundai Space and Aircraft Company Limited of Seoul, Korea which is a major supplier for the McDonnell Douglas MD-95 100-seat commercial aircraft. Based on current market projections, this contract, with options, is expected to generate in excess of CDN $200 million in revenue for Fleet Aerospace over the next ten year period. The initial order release for this contract is valued at approximately CDN $40 million. Initial units are scheduled for delivery in 1997 with major production and revenue generation beginning in the latter half of 1998. The agreement is for production of aircraft components including wing flaps, vanes, fairings and ailerons, as well as main landing gear doors, wing to body fillets, and underwing support structures for the MD-95 aircraft. Production tooling, prototype units, technical support and manufactured components will be supplied using the combined skills, facilities and resources of the Fleet Aerospace group of companies. The Globe's Company News column says Middleton will produce engine casings, shafts and other important rotating parts for GE Aircraft Engines of Evendale, Ohio, Allison Engine Co of Indianapolis and AlliedSignal Inc of Morristown, NJ. Fleet will also supply spare parts for the US Navy. Delivery is expected later this year.

The Toronto based company manufactures components and subsystems for the North American Aerospace industry. Customers inlcude BOEING, McDonnell Douglas(divisions, Airbus and Bell Helicopter) among others. Fleets' revenues which were $64million in 95, predicts a climb of $200 Million in 97.
As we all well know the Airline Industry is booming. United Airlines today put in orders for new planes and other airlines are now looking at the old fleets and buying new. The airline industry is booming (just look at there stocks)
Shares are trading heavily each day with new investors seeing a even greater future now that Fleet is under new management. Fleet has just completed its $27 million acquistions of the aerospace business of Hawker Siddeley Canada.
