Vanstar just reported .23 vs.10 three cents better than concensus. They
also announced a convert deal. The convert will reduce interest expence
by 150 basis points, giving them one of the more unique and low cost
debt structures in the business. They are seeing very strong top line
growth and are incresing their higher margined business as a % of revs.
Look for more possitive news in the weeks to come. Also if you start
to see corp. America upgrade to NT then get on VST for a fun ride.
