  Radica Games Limited is a Bermuda incorporated, Hong Kong-based toy company.   They design, develop, manufacture and distribute a variety of electronic hand held games. The company's manufacturing facility is in southern China. They distribute their products in the US through a subsidiary, Radica USA. In April 1998 Radica purchased the assets and business of KidActive, LLC, Girl Tech(TM), Girl Tech's line of personal electronic products for girls will be introduced sometime in 1999, products will be resourced through Radica's factory in China.
