in Vancouver. It is the largest supplier of software manufacturing
services in Western Canada and operates manufacturing facilities in
California and Washington state. It trades on the Toronto and
Vancouver exchanges (QMS).

QMS is not a sexy play but has good fundamentals and is growing
rapidly through the aggressive acquisition of other software
manufacturing companies.

Over the past two weeks the share price took off from the low $.50 and
closed at $.69 on Friday (09/06/96).
