Say Yes Foods has the rights to a proprietary fat free milk formulation.
Their products include an all natural milk (white & chocolate), eggnog and
sour cream that is made through a unique process that maintains the creamy
texture and taste of full fat milks and retains all the necessary nutrients,
yet are fat free and lower in lactose, calories and cholesterol. Other
products in development include parmesan & mozzarella cheeses, buttermilk,
half & half creamer, coffee drinks, whipping cream, carbonated drinks, chip
dips, and a 100% lactose free milk.
Say Yes Foods has several dairies and retail outlets under contract and is
looking to increase their coverage substantially. It looks like SAY YES
FOODS INC. may change the way people eat and drink dairy products. |
