TVI Corp (TVIN) said it completed all requirements associated with its bankruptcy reorganization, and has emerged from bankruptcy.
For those long time shareholders of TVI (TVIN), this is a step we have been waiting for.
We have a product, good management and business. We have survived embezzlement activities by former president Brent Molovinsky (He pled guilty, awaiting sentensing on 12/2/96. Come on US Court system, put him away). The company will continue to press claims against Molovinsky.
