PWPH (Power Phone Inc) changed the name to TACN (TMC Agroworld Corp) to more accurately reflect their current business focus. They are currently involved in fertilizer production and logging operations in South America.
TMC Agroworld Corp said on Thursday (11/7/1996) the total value of its urea fertilizer delivery contract had been increased by $141 million, to $405 million.
A previously signed and executed contract to deliver 2.1
million metric tons of urea fertilizer valued at $264 million
to a commodities company in Belgium was amended to include the
delivery of another 975,000 metric tons, the company said.
A full financial statement by the company is expected to be released not later than 11/15/1996.
