Hi folks,
I started this thread becuase I have been a (relatively) satisfied customer of E*trade over the past year, and I have been impressed with the improvments they have made over this time. But I would still like to see them improve / fix some things --- and so the purpose of this thread is for E*Trade account holders to share ideas on how the service could be improved.
The customer service at E*Trade is very responsive to suggestions. I have had all my e-mails replied back, and the wait on the phone lines has gone down from 20 minutes to five minutes. So if you see a suggestion posted here that you agree with, please e-mail them and (hopefully) they will implement it.
I don't know if E*trade currently has any people whose job it is to comb the internet and find out what others are saying... if they do, this is the perfect forum for them to check...
