The 10Q for quarter ended 1.31.97 hit Edgar today.

There was a lot of stuff not related to operations (buying and selling of property, writedown of goodwill, restructure of debt, etc.). It was hard for me to tell if they're doing well or not (at least not by looking at the 10Q with one eye and working with the other).

I am going to take a closer look later to try and determine what its really saying. In the meantime, any opinions?
