Don: The new lows are compliments of Asia, where UCL is heavily concentrated. Asia also has played a part in the steep drop in crude prices as of late. Warmer weather patterns in the U.S. this winter (as predicted due to El Nino) have reduced n.g. prices domestically - that hurts too. As you can see, when Asian fears ebb, the stock climbs. Long-term, UCL looks good. Patent litigation results thus far have been great, but a legal issue as to its enforceability is still being heard in federal court. Production wise, the Spirit 76 unit seems to seriously be increasing its exploration efforts in the U.S. Gulf. The upshot of all of this is to buy the common at these levels and hold. If you know the stock well enough, play the options. I have done well with the 40 calls a couple times since starting this thread way back when. Good luck

Wade
