Here is a reference to a law suit involving some promoters of Crys-Tel, found at tanrange.com

CRYS-TEL PROMOTERS NOT RELATED TO TAN RANGE

March 1, 1999

Tan Range Exploration Corporation wishes to confirm that promoters Hugh Grenfal and Sergei Stetsenko are not related to Tan Range in any manner and have never provided any service to Tan Range. Hugh Grenfal is a Director of Callinan Mines Limited ("Callinan") and Sergei Stetsenko is a representative of Callinan. Earlier these two people were named as defendants in a law suit regarding their promotional activities with Crys-Tel Telecommunications ("Crys-Tel"). Callinan has rented office space and services from Tan Range for several years. Tan Range Chairman Mike Muzylowski is a Director of, and is the President of Callinan. No other relationship exists between Callinan and Tan Range. No Tan Range personnel own any Crys-Tel stock or have any relationship with that company whatsoever.
