Even though CEU announced a license agreement with China, how much value is a license in China? It seems that alot of companies announce agreements, their stock goes up (that hasn't happened here), and then nothing happens except that the stock goes down. I think alot of changes have to take place in China before any companies can really go in there and do business. China seems the place for MacDonalds and Coke. Sure hope this license agreement works.
