Enuf already Rande, LOL,
2 in the AM, we really gotta get ourselves a life...
PS, in my own defense, I did pick up SPWX on the IPO and traded it to 104. We also boxed a position with NUAN short and I still feel SPWX is the better company. "Independant" speech recognition will only grow in the future as people will demand effortless interaction with the net without a keyboard interface. SPWX has some of the greatest minds of MIT that do nothing but algorithms. This is a technology that is not easily duplicated and outside of NUAN, there really is no one else out there that comes close to this kind of solution. I did buy back SPWX on Friday in anticipation of a few analysts picking it up on Monday as it comes out of quiet period. The example you gave is actually indicative of how I trade. No matter how much I am in love with a stock, (I am sure many of you now already know our SPWX song), I have an even greater love for capital preservation. I believe closing out my longs on SPWX at 104 was the correct move as it has done a typical IPO pull back and is looking to consolidate. I have started another long term position on a company I will name here on Monday, (guess you'll have to tune back in then).
OK, dog is humping my leg, really really needs his walk time....
