If the pundits are correct, today's 5+ increase on Sun was based on Java and Netscape's script langaguage, to marketed by/w Sun, of a simplified version for "everyone". Java has all the markers of a keeper, hence ya gotta like Sun as a spec play. It's nice that you get this play with an established hardware and software company with real financials, earnings, and other products. Now comes Java . . .
