I honestly did not know that veritas meant "truth". Pretty neat anyway. I hate philosophy though and don't like art. I'm a highly quantitative, techie, non-art loving person. My girlfriend says I'm not cultured enough. I say tough shit! It seems to be working because we're coming up on 5 years here in a couple of weeks.

ANCR reports tomorrow morning & sentiment is that their earnings will be less than estimates. However, they have been trying to pump the stock up with news recently. I think they might be doing another offering in the near future to develop gig-stuff. 1-2Q 97 is when this baby will move to the upside. Til then, it is a great trade.
C, no offense with the Canada thing but my father & I feel the same way. Permanent Residence in the U.S is best. If a terrorist comes on a plane, I sure as heck want to raise a Canadian passport; not an American one. The health care system in the U.S. is the best in the world. Hell, look at yeltsin needing a U.S. doctor to consult with the surgery.
My gradmother had cataracts & had to go for surgery 4 times & they still never fixed the damn things! They didn't even have laser surgery where she had to go. I believe it was Moncton from Bathurst. Not a fun drive if your in your 70's. No, she didn't drive. My aunt did.
In the states, you can go to a specialist within an hour and have top of the notch laser surgery done in 1 day outpatient treatment. Not 2-3 days non-laser treatment. I'm sure you must agree with me on this one.
