Hi, jebj
Glad you like your CyberT software. I have never used it, so I really can't comment definitively on the differences between it and full version of CyberTrader. I have always had CyberTrader and, as you probably know, I love it (except on the days when I lose money).
I believe the primary difference is that CyberT includes only the Smart Keys for entering orders and does not have all the other keys for entering direct ISLD/INCA/ATTN orders, SOES and SNET, etc. I think a few other features are not included, but I honestly do not remember which features. You could contact the company directly for better information.
However, let me offer that I believe CyberT is supposed to be better for newer traders as an introduction. I think it requires less bandwidth, so you may find it runs better or easier or something like that. Honestly, I now find myself using the Smart Keys so much for orders that one could argue that full CyberTrader is unnecessary (somewhat). Regardless, though, when just getting started, I am sure CyberT is a good way to get started before going with the full version. There is so much to learn, it pays to start slow and easy.
Regarding any SEC problem, I wouldn't know anything about that, but I would be surprised to find anything like that. I wonder who would have implied such a thing. You know how rumors go, though.
Good luck!
Bill
