Fran, I wish to thank my lawyer Eric Turkewitz for representing me in the lawsuit I found myself. I live in Florida and this suit was filed in Federal Court in Manhattan. I have never met Mr. Turkewitz but he felt strongly enough about the first amendment to work my case pro-bono. This morning he called me & said the case has been dismissed against me. Congratulations to you on the dismissal. You are lucky to have found someone like Mr. Turkewitz. Regards, John Sladek
