Only because I have no idea what you are trying to discover. You are assuming the options were not exercised. I am telling you thats the wrong assumption. They can report that transaction because of holidays up to 29th of Dec. There are no telltale signs of an option exercise or expiry in the market. The only time it becomes apparent is if the person exercising also sells in which case you would see the exercise on the 29th and the sell the same time. Crosses only come into this if there was intention of passing these shares to someone else. I would not know if that was some sort of pre arranged deal and thats what you are/were looking for.
