JDN, a safe and sane Fourth of Juy post, on March 6th. I think that, just as Intel was paranoid about letting AMD (or Cyrix) make too large inroads in the sub-$1000 PC space, they don't want the masses to get too comfy with AMD now either. PC chips are still the boss for quite a while. I also think the new markets are very important also. We want it all! Tony
