Dennis, If you're new to options, you should learn about them before you buy them. I had two expensive batches expire worthless on Friday. That's what they do if you haven't sold them and they're out of the money on their expiration day. They expire worthless and you lose all your money.

My LEAPS did great yesterday but I didn't because I didn't sell them yesterday, and today they're worth a lot less than they were yesterday.

Sorry to be negative, but options are treacherous and I don't want to contribute to your possible downfall. :-)

There are probably some threads here on SI about options. Do a search? Or get some literature from CBOE? Chicago Board of Options Exchange.

As for tracking them, they have symbols and can be put on your watchlist like stocks. CBOE online can give you option strings as can Yahoo, I think, and many of the online brokerages, if you don't have a paid quote service.

Hope this gets you started and welcome to SI!

Linda
