Those Fools don't have anything new other than keep repeating the fact
that is known since time immemorial.
I think best strategy is to cost dollar average if you have money.
Upper 20s will be the last chance to load like what happened in
May 95.

Getting 100+% within every couple of years is not a bad investing IMHO.
