"Gee, expected a more professional response from the owners." More professional??? Give me break! You must be either a short or a disgruntled former user. If your a short, I would start covering if you haven't already done so. Stock closed up today 14.86%!! "lets say your car broke down and the dealer said he was too busy to fix it?" That actually happens quite often, but I suppose your one of those spoiled brats that has to have everything yesterday. Either way its an incredibly poor analogy. An established business versus a business that is adding more subscribers than any other ISP. Most analysts feel that this company has nowhere to go but up. I wouldn't generalize my feelings or thoughts about a company or an investment based upon ONE bad interaction with an employee. Enough said
