thanks, Jim. At 58 I am not too old to learn new things every day. Doubt, however, that anything but a front assault could remove useless Lenny. A successful assault on him does require CarlBerg in the drivers seat. Just think of all the money Carl could walk away with on the very day of the announcement of Lenny's resignation...
